Who is OnCall?

Back in 1987 Clifford and Norah McAuley were running a small family business, Shamrock Refreshments, between working on the trucks , making sandwiches, and doing the accounting all 6 of their kids did what they could to make the family business a success. They taught their kids the value of hard work and honesty in business. They also inadvertently taught their youngest son, Kevin, about the importance of good IT service with nothing but a 286 processor.

One day they were told they could revolutionize their business, all they needed was to do was go digital. They were sold a world-changing package that would make everything so much easier except for the fact they didn't know how to use it. Seeing his parents' money go down the drain as the printer and computer collected dust, Kevin knew not only did he want to be like his parents and run a small business but he also wanted to support companies like Shamrock.

Over 20 years ago Kevin and Heather McAuley decided to start a technology company  designed to support small businesses like the one his parents had run. With over 30 years of IT knowledge to offer, he guarantees that all of his clients will have the support that just was not available back in 1987. It has always been our priority to make each client feel like they are a priority and to make sure we are there to take all the stress that technology can add to a business.
